Rotary Drilling Bucket Knowledge

How to evaluate the quality of a drilling bucket?

1.  body steel plate thickness: generally needs to reach 20mm.

2. Bucket teeth: sharp cutting action, securely welded bases, and slow wear rates.

3. Welds: uniform, free of porosity or cracks, with adequate reinforcing ribs.

4. Bottom plate: opens and closes smoothly; minimal clearance at pivot pins, ensuring no wobbling.

5. Barrel: perfectly round and undeformed; sand-clearing windows suited to the soil conditions.

6. Coating: high-quality anti-rust finish.

7. Parts: highly interchangeable and easy to disassemble/assemble.

Performance: enters the ground steadily without easily causing hole deviation.
